A parking management system automates a car parking system. It optimizes parking space and make processes efficient.
It gives real-time car parking information such as vehicle & slot counts, available slots display, reserved parking, pay-and-park options, easy payments, reports, and a host of other features.
We provide after-sales services such as on-site technical services support, remote support (office hours only), repair/replacement of hardware & software, troubleshooting issues and etc.
Normally we do monthly daily maintenance for customer's under warranty/contract. Sometimes we do maintenance service according to the quarterly comprehensive & non-comprehensive customer.
However, the maintenance service we provide is based on what customers need and request.
We Receive :-
1. ATM Deposit/Fund Transfer to Sigma Technology Sdn Bhd: PUBLIC BANK : 3-0790227-20
2. Duitnow Transfer/QR Code
3. For CHEQUE payment, fund have to clear before goods release.

Parking users will not wait on queues entering or leaving the parking spot, because the system will be ticketless and will work with automatic vehicle identification.
Parking management systems utilize smart technologies such as IoT-based parking sensors, license plate recognition, and etc.
This data is then relayed to users through digital signage or mobile applications, guiding them to available parking spots.
Standard warranty period:-
1. 1 month warranty for repair parts.
2. 3 month warranty for new parts.
3. 1 year warranty for 1 set new machine.

The parking management system typically consist of parking access control, parking guidance system (PGS), payment & revenue management, security and surveillance and data management & reporting.
